MISSING DOG BUDDY - PLEASE HELP (Port Angeles)

Trying to get the word out for this dog, Buddy. It's my good friend's dog and he got loose while I was doggy sitting last weekend.
Somebody said that some people in a Volvo style wagon full of a bunch of stuff had taken him with them from the Discovery Trail. And they had a spray painted wheel on the rear driver side. A couple maybe in their late 20s or early 30s. Anyways just trying to get the word out there and hoping maybe somebody that reads this might know whose vehicle that is or no way to get in touch with these people. The owner is literally worried sick and crying constantly and spending every moment trying to find him. He's very loved and we are trying to bring him home.
