I have one acre of partially timber covered private property located west of Lake Crescent in Sappho. There are a few neighbors in the area but only one within eyesight. Fairly remote and quite place to get away and enjoy yourself.
What's included with rental..
I have two cabins (pictured) one is 12'x12' and the other smaller is 6'x8'. Both are set up to sleep in with a cot or futon bed. The larger cabin is set up with a propane heater that keeps the room warm through the night.
The only electricity I have at the moment is for lights off a deep cycle battery. It is minimal but serves its purpose.
The latrine is a Porta Potty that is cleaned on regular basis. There is no showering facility yet.
Rent is $85 nightly/$385 weekly for the cabins and property for two people. Each additional person is $15. Two to four people is typical.
If you have a travel trailer or RV there is accommodation for that. My driveway is a straight path for an RV and is easily accessible for parking.
RV is $40 nightly/$225 weekly.
With rental agreement is a signed lease and release of liability form.
Cash only and all tenants must proof of identification.
No pets.
