Seeking a motivated Residential Construction Laborer to join our team. We specialize in high-quality custom homes on the Olympic Peninsula and are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow with us
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks, including framing, siding, finish work, and cleanup
Operate hand and power tools safely
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
Requirements:
Some construction experience required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
