If you want to make sure you get something we do accept electronic deposits . If you choose to go that route I will pull the listing once the deposit has been received. Also, first come first served. If you want something and are coming within a few hours you have the first shot at it but if you set up a time farther out than that and someone else inquires and can come right away I’ll let them come and check it out.
