99%+ of my listings are to help charities. I get stuff from people and then sell it and give the proceeds away to various charities we support. I will happily show anyone who wants to see donation statements for verification.
If you want to make sure you get something we do accept electronic deposits. If you choose to go that route I will pull the listing once the deposit has been received. Also, first come first served. If you want something and are coming within a few hours you have the first shot at it but if you set up a time farther out than that and someone else inquires and can come right away I’ll let them come and check it out. I have to go that route since a small but significant portion of the people who reach out to me end up flaking out.
