In need of a housing situation within Jefferson County as of mid-July/slightly later.
Woman in her 60's - seeks a small, clean and warm living space. My belongings are few. I do not have a vehicle/walk to most destinations.
Offering first and last months' rent plus deposit.
Thereafter, desirous of a partial work-trade - 8 hours per week of:
Farming/food-growing and preservation; companion and/or farm animal care; extended house and/or pet-sitting; help with a small business; possible other duties that the householder regards as significant.
I am extremely clean, attentive and helpful regarding what needs to be done.
I LOVE animals - no longer have any of my own.
With a particularly healthful and physically active lifestyle, a tobacco and drug-free living environment is essential to me.
Given chemical sensitivities and exposure to illicit drug production - I am open to a semi-outdoors and/or notably rural setting.
