150k well maintained miles. Oil changes every 4K. Clean bill of health from FMI in Portland. Newer transmission (50k miles). Looks new underneath. New tires and house batteries. I have maintenance records and manuals 6 inches thick. It’s all there. RV place in Sequim gave it a big thumbs up. They noted the shocks were upgraded to Bilstein and looked fine with the realignment. When I went to FMI, they mentioned 2 were leaking.
Stored inside when not in use. Roof with no leaks. Minor cosmetic stuff like scratches and a few dings. Windshield does have multiple cracks.
Interior all pretty much original. The tables are off, but I have them. I also have the chair. The bed motor has been replaced and I have a spare which is worth a bit. Dometic 3 way is newish.
I bough t from retired local Dr. here in town. I had been looking. I could not pass up, but it is too small. We thought we could make it work for our family. It’s awesome. I’d like to hang on to it for a few more years and use it when kids are gone, but it needs use. I have only owned it a few months, but we have been to Idaho, Montana, and Oregon already without incident except I accidentally left the fill valve on fresh water tank open and had a small leak from that tank. As a result the bathroom flooring is solid, just a little uneven at a seem under the carpet.
