We have TWO RV site for rent, available now, Just to be clear, this is for a RV rental space/site only & NOT the RV, you need to provide your own RV. These sites have full hook ups, the sites will handle up to a 35 foot RV with push outs. We are looking for long term renter(s) that pretty much keep to themselves (NO DRAMA!) The site is located on private property just under 4 acres, a little North of the Jefferson County Airport, but South of Port Townsend, WA. 98368. We have lots of trees, a BBQ, camp fire pit & picnic area. You will be sharing the property with us (2 adults & 2 cats) you will also be sharing the space with renters in four other RV's . There is a Bus Stop right at the end of our driveway. We provide water, power, (however you pay your own power) sewer, an internet hard line & router, so you get GREAT, FAST Wi-Fi ! You are responsible for your own garbage! A note on power, we have 25 Amp power posts with meters, however you will be required to heat your RV with propane & NOT electricity, while there is nothing wrong with our power grid, it just will NOT handle everyone using electricity to heat there RV. That is not to say you can’t have a forced air furnace, that’s fine.

The first site is $800.00 a month for one tenant or $830.00 for a maximum of two tenants, (our septic system will not handle more than 2 tenants) plus power. The 2nd site we have is $750.00 a month for one tenant or $780.00 for a maximum of two tenants plus power. Both sights include parking for one vehicle, there is an additional charge of $30.00 a month after the 1st vehicle, no charge for motorcycles, all vehicles must be quiet! To my standards.

Pets: No out door dogs unless on a leash at ALL TIMES, NO PUTTING THEM ON A LEASH & LEAVING THEM ALONE THEY MUST BE ATTENDED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES, NO BARKING DOGS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE! Cats will be assessed on a case by case basis.
