Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Manager (Trainee) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn leadership and management skills while working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will work closely with our management team to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure projects are completed on time and to our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Learn and assist with scheduling, workflow, and staff coordination
Help monitor production quality and efficiency
Support training and onboarding of new employees
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Communicate with team members to solve problems and keep work on track
Learn company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Ensure quality door products are created.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and organization skills
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documentation)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
No management experience required — training will be provided
