1979 Suzuki GS1000
Let the pictures do the talking.
Otherwise yes it runs well, starts easy and you could ride it right now to any show in the country, if thats what you want to do.
A great well looked after piece of history.
It also has the sliding back rest.
All original paint and decals, so you can tell it has lived inside most of its life.
Cons. On the last ride a few days ago we discovered a slight fuel leak from the second carb's overflow tube when stopped.
So the float or needle and or seat may need adjustment or replacement. (Not running out, just a steady drip. So have had to turn fuel cock off when parked now)
I have way too many bikes and cars to keep up on, and since this one is in such great shape and also one of the youngest I have aquired, I feel it needs to find the right person to keep it going for another 40+years.
If I am not home, leave a message and I will get back to you.
