These Composite Panels, are 11/16" inch thick (just shy of 3/4") by 48" wide x 108" in length, a total of 36 square feet. Each panel weighs 35# pounds.
The construction method and layup schedule for each panel is:
• Outer Layer: 15 mil white Gelcoat for a sleek, weather-resistant finish.
• Fiberglass Layers: 10 mil CSM Fiberglass Veil & 17 oz. Woven Roving Fiberglass bonded with Polyester Resin
• Nida-Core Rigid Polypropylene Honeycomb Core, providing a lightweight yet rigid internal structure.
• Inner Layer: Another layer of 17 oz. Woven Roving and 10 mil CSM Fiberglass Veil bonded with Polyester Resin
• Thermo-bonded Polyester Skin: This final inside layer adds further protection and an easy clean, smooth finish.
