See the online owner's manual link below. The carpet cleaner has all the original parts including all upholstery cleaner parts with two size cleaner heads in the original bag, see pics. This carpet cleaner is several years old and has only been used on average once a year for several years for cleaning the wall to wall carpets in our house. Everything works great, I am just uncertain if the scrubbing brush is moving too slow or at normal speed; the several times I have used the machine the scrubbing brush has moved/operated the same, which I would say is gentle/slow. This may be normal or indicating some adjustment must be made? Don't know. All has been cleaned including the main brush, see pic. I am in the PA city limits. Please ask any questions.
