Up until last month, I was living as a homeowner in the San Francisco Bay area, but have recently separated from my employment at one of the tech giants due to burnout. Myself and my two cats are just looking for a quiet place to be as close to nature as possible while we rest and recover from the chaos of the high tech world.
I am an extremely quiet and reserved individual who cares deeply about the environment and all living beings. I live my life as consciously as I can, including being a raw vegan, using as little energy as possible, conserving water as much as possible, and volunteering for cat rescue and conservation organizations. In my free time, I usually read, knit, and hike. I'm also extremely health conscious and certainly do not smoke or take drugs of any sort.
My two adult cats are both as reserved as I am: they will run and hide if a person even passes by my window. They are both indoors only, except for potentially going into a screened-in area with me when I am spending time on a porch. All their shots up-to-date. They do not claw anything and have never had any litter box issues.
Last month I began renting a tiny house, but I am finding it a bit dark since it is in the woods and I want windows with sunlight (when the sun does come out from the rain). My rental history is therefore minimal, but I can provide a credit report, proof of funds, and character references from neighbors and the organization I volunteer with.
If it sounds like we might be a reasonable fit for you, please do email me back. I would be able to move with a one month's notice to my current landlord.
