St. Andrew’s Place Assisted Living has an opening for a RN.
Salary exempt ~ starting wages $85,000 - $95,000 if you have experience ~ full time position.
Benefits include 100% paid medical/dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, holiday, and personal day.
Normal shift is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm.
This is a hands-on position that encompassing direct patient care, care planning, and supervision of staff. The RN ensures residents receive appropriate medical attention, manage medications, and contribute to a safe and supportive living environment.
Skills/Qualifications:
• WA State RN license and CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Prefer 2 or more years of experience working in long term care
• Must have delegation or willing to obtain delegation within three months of start of position.
• Excellent time management skills.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be healthy and physically fit to be able to assist in lifting people
• Computer literate
• Pass a drug and criminal background check
• A good sense of humor
• Enthusiastic
• Patience
• Will be required to share on-call responsibilities
• You must be a team player and willing to “roll-up-your-sleeves” to get the job down.
St. Andrew’s Place is a nice size assisted living – 40 apartments – which gives us an opportunity to actually know our residents.
