CONDITION: Just cleaned and serviced. Tested and performs well. Full transparency! There is a notice that is auto-set by the factory after a preset amount of time or usage which states: "motor life exceeded". I have reviewed this in detail and there are numerous user groups on FB and other social platforms, that state they have used their units for years after receiving this notice and they feel it is a gimmick to encourage another sale by Resmed.
