Beautiful LARGE tiny home with lots of unusual touches, tons of windows, skylight, upper bedroom and loft (so no need to step up for bed), bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room with lofted high ceilings
Living room area could be used for a studio or work space, clients, massage, etc. as it is pretty separate from the other bedroom space.
Very nice layout with tons of light.
Built on a cool trailer design that allows for storage space underneath the raised part. Can be towed ok but recommend adding a 3rd axle or using a flatbed if transporting a long ways. It's quite heavy.
It currently lives in Discovery Bay near Pt Townsend WA
You can try to pitch the land owner to keep it there and rent from them as other tenants do, but as of now the plan is to move it offsite (at your cost).
It is not currently occupied but is kept warm and dry and in good shape
We have a good tow company and transport info - costs vary from $700+ to move it
Recommend keeping it fairly local with tow truck or using flatbed for longer transport

Note - it does Need some minor work but if you are handy you can do these things easily in a few days.

(bathroom tiles need to be re-attached/sealed after move, and suggest adding a new shower basin/base and sealing it up good) on the transport some of the tiles fall off but we have them in a box
back of house needs a minor repair / trim piece added
slider window door doesn't quite seal so adding trim
could use a little touch up paint in some spots
add counter next to fridge for food prep or stove, vent out
Any handyperson can do these repairs easily in a couple days
house is priced accordingly
