Selling a heavy-duty, professionally-built tiny house chassis – never used, and in excellent condition.
We originally planned to build a tiny home, but switched to a foundation build instead. Offering it at a discount.
🔩 Key Specs:
- Build deck: 35’ 2.5" L x 8’ 7.5" W (actual space to build upon)
- Total length (with hitch): 41’
- Total width (with tires): 10’ 7.5”
- Frame made with 12" I-beam steel
- Double axle with drum brakes and wiring
- Front towing hitch is welded but can be removed with an angle grinder if desired. (2 and 5/8ths hitch)
- In the process of sanding and sealing for permanent rust protection
