Clallam County WA approved Architectural and Structural Plans for 1105 sq. ft. 2 bdrm. 2 bath home. We have the receipts for the $10K we paid for them. We decided to go with a manufactured home instead. One complete set of full size printed plans PLUS the digital plans that can be made into any size plans you wish.
