Description:
Selling a 40-foot High Cube container (UESU 520049-0) currently used for storage. This is the "High Cube" model, which provides an extra foot of vertical clearance compared to standard units—perfect for stacking large items or use as a tall workshop.
Features:
Custom Shelving Included: The interior features extensive timber racking/shelving along the walls (as seen in photos), providing immediate organization for tools, parts, or inventory.
Heavy Duty Construction: Original Corten steel build.

Condition (Sold "As-Is"):
Doors: The rear doors are currently misaligned and do not close flush. This is likely due to the ground settling unevenly over time (racking). While this can often be corrected by leveling the unit on its new foundation, we are selling it in its current state.
Exterior: Typical surface patina including rust and moss growth from Pacific Northwest weather. No known structural holes.
Logistics & Removal (PLEASE READ):
Access: The container is in a tight spot and will need to be winched/dragged out approximately 40-60 feet before it can be loaded onto a tilt-bed trailer.
Buyer Responsibility: Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the move.
This is a great budget option for someone who needs a stationary workshop or dry storage and has the means to handle the extraction.
The doors were working fine when first placed and likely just need a level foundation (concrete pads or railroad ties) to realign.
