Seven Cedars Casino is looking for a Totem Rewards Representative to help welcome, enroll, and assist our valued guests in our Totem Rewards program. Work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment while providing friendly, knowledgeable support about promotions and benefits.
Representatives provide excellent front line customer service to our guests. Totem Reward Representatives assist players with sign-ups; access member accounts; provide information about Resort services and upcoming events and assists with promotions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as a customer service concierge to 7 Cedars Casino; greets and provides information concerning casino programs and amenities, off-site attractions, and players club rewards.
Sign up new memberships into the Totem Rewards Players Club
Access member accounts to assist with point verification, point redemption, etc.
Promote club membership and provide information to potential members
Promote and carry out customer promotions
Selling of event tickets and tournament buy-ins
Maintains confidential information
Stocking promotional gifts and supplies
The ability to Publicly speak proficiently
Carry out Pit Clerk duties as needed
Must exercise confidentiality and discretion on a daily
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Must follow all safety rules and regulations
Follow all general and department policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Two years of related customer service experience; gaming experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a high volume, fast paced environment
Ability to public speak and use a microphone to promote club events
Proficient with computers including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Photoshop
