Starting wage: $17.00/hour
$1.00/hr raise for every new skill acquired
Shifts: 10 AM – 8 PM (4 days/week)
Opportunities for advancement into baking, mixing, and leadership roles

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Shaping dough and prepping loaves
Proofing bread and supporting daily production
Maintaining a clean, organized work area
Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Working on your feet 8–10 hours
Keeping a flexible, positive attitude until the day’s work is complete
