A super nice 1971 MACK CF-6 1250 g.p.m. diesel fire pumper truck, the classic in MACK fire trucks.
It has a Maxi-Dyne diesel engine, Maxi-Torque triple counter shaft transmission and Mack's own patented Dyna-Tard engine brake.
Designed as heavy duty workhorse this model is truly a champ. The pump is a Waterspout 1250 gallon per minute pump. It has a 500 gallon water tank.
The pump drafts water and pumps it out with 4 ea. 2-1/2 inch hose, 2 on each side of the truck. Also fire hydrant hook-up hard 6" hose for truck. Extra 6" hard line for input from pond/stream, etc. See last photo for extra hose that is included.
Engine rebuilt by Fire Department @ 45,535 miles and tachometer at 2514. Current mileage 72,351.
Everything on this engine is authentic and original as to the historical MACK truck reputation. Tough and dependable.
