We bought this to tow a 5th wheel. Ended up building on our lot instead and sold trailer. So truck is sitting and not being used
Runs and drives good. Just needs a couple things to make it road ready.
The bad-
Needs an alternator. Tested at oriellys. They said voltage regulator is bad. needs a jump to get started, but runs fine
Has a leak either in radiator or hose connecting to radiator. Can’t see where. Hasn’t overheated, but haven’t driven it outside of town since I discovered it a few weeks ago. Really don’t know if it needs to be trailered home, or if driving short distance to your location is doable.
Drivers window will not roll down. Power window, so probably needs new assembly. About $110 at parts store
Clear coat on hood is flaking and has small dent by rear tire.
The good-
I have receipts from past owner showing new or replacement parts
Transmission at 154k
Upper and lower ball joints at 167k
Exhaust manifold at 164k
Heater core at 154k
Tires have plenty of tread left
This would be a great truck for someone with mechanical skills. Could be a great work truck, cool daily driver or flip it for someone bucks
We are building a garage where the truck sits and wife said to not put money into it and get it gone. So, by truck! Happy wife, happy life.
Price is $2500 firm. I know it’s worth more, but need it gone. No low ballers. Don’t waste our time.
