Rare 1920s-40s Vintage Wrought Iron Magazine Rack, Great Condition
What a beauty, very appealing classy design/shape, and very hard to find. My best guess is this was made sometime 1920s-40s, it could have been made in the 1950s, but I think it is earlier. I don't know enough yet about the history of wrought iron type magazine racks, this one just looks very vintage.
No bad bends, stands straight and level at the feet, no cracks, only very superficial corrosion on the original red paint; easy to restore with a wire drill bit brush and then repaint if desired. Or it can be used as is for "antique shabby chic garden/landscaping art". The rack measures approximately 21.5” tall to handle topmost middle, then 11.5” by 12” approximately lower main part. Please ask any questions.
