I did both outdrive water impellers two winters ago (@320 hrs on main) new synthetic gear oil. I install new filters (2 fuel and 1 oil) and changed oil every season.
I have a couple of new replacement filters, and the hand pump for changing the motor oil. I have flushed both the motors with salt away every single time I have used it and I have a full jug of it with the motor flush hose cups. I also have a hose cup to flush or run the wash down/live well pumps. I have the original manuals also.
I have replaced and upgraded the bus bars for the electrical connections, cleaned all the terminals and used di electric grease and heat shrink everywhere I could and on all the installs.
All the coast guard safety stuff is included, fire extinguisher, two throwables a couple of life vests
