Moorage included in beautiful John Wayne marina. 1979 37’ Gulfstar Sailboat in good condition, set up for Sailing long distances. All three Sails are in good condition, it has a main sail with a stack pack to protect it when put away. Then it has a roller furling on the Jib sail and it has a Genoa Sail in cabinet storage in boat. All rigging is good condition. It has a complete Cockpit cover with clear plastic windows in good shape. Has a Davis Sextant with dozens of Charts for the whole West Coast up to Northern Alaska. Boat has offshore refrigeration, has an Isotherm 320/ ASU/370/ ASU Cold plate installed in the icebox. It works off the 12Volt House electrical system. Equipped with a BalmarARS-5 multi stage voltage regulator with a Balmar 80 AMP Alternator. Has four six volt deep cycle batteries for the House and one 12volt battery for the engine. She is equipped with a Perkins 4-108 diesel engine and the boat cruises easily at seven knots. Has a Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmission with less than 50 HRS On complete rebuild. Has a Pronautic 1215P series battery charger. Has fresh water head with holding tank. Has 80 Gallon fresh water tank and 30 Gallon fuel tank with Hart systems tank tender for both tanks.
