This Pearson 36 is roomy with plenty of space to maneuver and has a manageable ketch sail plan and shoal draft. The mahogany and ash trimmed interior features one cabin, a large forward V-berth with a built-in bureau and hanging locker. She has a full large u-shaped galley, nav station and a head with a separate walk-in shower. A traditional salon has lots of standup head room measuring up to 6'3" height with opposing 6 foot settees and a drop leaf dining table just forward of the galley. The cockpit has 360 degree seating and large sail lockers. Storage is abundant throughout this boat making it perfect for extended cruising or living aboard. Her rigging is in good condition with newer main & jib sails, mizzen sail, as well as newer matching canvas. A new hot water tank, two new stainless steel fuel tanks, new lithium ion batteries and an engine that runs great add good value to this boat.
