This is a heater / blower unit for an electric fireplace heater (SILH50/60E). I do come to the Auburn-Tacoma area often and can meet you instead of coming out to Sequim.

Replaces Heatilator heater/blower assembly 120v #4030-801 (J238-050-5526 7p b #4030-801 52/0.5m 115v 60 Hz 32A). Replaces because the heatilator was discontinued and this comes with a sheet metal kit.

Purchase price was $267.64 from Aqua Rec's to replace the one in a condo unit at in Lakeland in Auburn

Did not install and the unit ended up getting replaced and too late to return it.

Asking $125. As is in original box.
