Small, unfurnished, studio cottage with carport that can be used as additional sitting area, storage area and/or greenhouse.
Studio has sleeping loft with wood ladder to get into sleeping loft.
Full kitchen and full bath.
Living area below loft is at height of 5’11” so it is not going to be a good choice for anyone over 5’11”. If you are taller than that, then you will CONSTANTLY bonk your head on the loft beams. Trust me on this!!!
Small, private fenced back yard with raspberry bushes that produce fresh raspberries, Japanese maple, lilac & rose bushes.
Out front is an area that you can have a flower or vegetable garden.
Off street parking.
There is a working washer & dryer in the unit that the tenant has for their private use, however, if they break, landlord is not responsible to replace.
Due to the septic capacity this is only suitable for 1 person.
I might consider allowing a pet.
Tenant is responsible for ALL utilities except water & septic. Electric, WiFi & garbage is the tenants responsibility.
Tenant is also responsible for the yard maintenance of their areas with equipment provided by landlord.
