The Tiny House is cozy and comfortable; it was built just a few years ago. It has a covered cedar deck running the whole length of the front side of the house with a beautiful built-in cedar bench. The house is in a beautiful spot on our peaceful 7-acre property.
The rent is $1375 a month. This includes Water, Electricity, Propane (for the oven/range), and Wi-Fi.
First and Last Months' Rent due at move-in plus $300 cleaning/security deposit.
Tiny House has a bedroom loft with a queen-sized bed, a nicely designed Kitchen, Living room, and Bathroom. The living room has a nice couch that can fold out into a bed and a hideaway table that can be used when needed. The house has nice cabinets, high ceilings, and big windows for natural light and a spacious feel.
French doors open out to a lovely outdoor space and cedar deck. Gardening space is available.
Electric Heat, Propane Range, Fridge, 'Separette Villa' composting toilet, dimmable lighting.
New combo Washer/Dryer.
The Tiny House is semi-furnished, and basic kitchen and household items are available if needed.
Located about 12 miles west of Port Angeles (15-20 minute drive) off of Highway 112. Very beautiful, friendly, walkable, and quiet neighborhood, 3 miles from Joyce, 3.5 miles from Crescent Beach, 7 miles from Lake Crescent.
There is a parking space in front of the house.
This Rental is strictly for a Non-Smoker, Non-drug using renter.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet fee.
