Walk to the beach from this newer house located on 3 Crabs Road just a few houses down from the community beach and tidelands access. This bright two story house has great water views of passing ships from the upstairs great room - living room, dining room and kitchen. Bring your birding scope the back yard adjoins a wildlife refuge, and has great views of the Olympic Mountains. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath on the main floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is also on the main floor with views of the wildlife refuge. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a double futon bed with views of the wildlife refuge and Olympic Mountains. This is a great location for bird watching, kayaking, exploring the tidelands, clam digging, crabbing, and day trips to Olympic National Park and Dungeness Spit National Wildlife Refuge and Victoria BC, or just relaxing in the sun.
Sequim is located in the rain shadow (blue hole) of the Olympic Mountains and has more sun and less rain than anywhere else in western Washington. Sequim has less than 15-inches of rain per year! Sequim offers convenient lodging for visitors of Olympic National Park, Dungeness Spit National Wildlife Refuge, Port Angeles, Port Townsend, and Victoria BC, Canada.
