We are looking for a rural home w/a long term lease or lease purchase with owner financing. We are a 3-generational, debt-free family with 2 home businesses and excellent references. We have outside pets and a horse, who will be at the breeder's for about 1 year. We are a clean, non-smoking, hard-working family that desires a secluded place with no visible neighbors or town lights/traffic.
